Sashabaw Presbyterian is a redevelopment congregation. This means that while we are a congregation with a rich history reaching back before the Civil War, we are in the process of renewing our commitment to Christ, trying new things for a new generation.
In our hectic lives it is nice to have a place to come "where everybody knows your name" and people are there to share in the good times as well as the difficult times in our lives. Bringing people together in intergenerational activities is an ongoing part of our life together which provides oppportunities for generations to share and care for each other.
We
have been serving the Clarkston and surrounding communites since 1841.
Members of our congregation find many opportunities to reach out to
others. Some examples are Habitat for Humanity, Lighthouse ministry
and food drives. We also host Meadows Home School co-op and sponsor a
Youth Drama club.
